This pic features a little more realism then most and that begs the question: does that make you like it more or dislike it? If futanari is supposed to be a fantasy does it become more grotesque when these individuals seem like they could be real? Or does it make them more attractive if it seems like you could actually interact with them? I'm usually surprised when I see realistic faces in this or any hentai.
